“ Short 5 minutes wait for 2 paxs on a Sunday night around 6.30pm. Select the ramen and add ons from the vending machine (able to select other languages) and possible to pay via cash and credit card. Once seated the ramen is served quite quickly. Leave some soup if you want a noodle refill or have it with rice. Extra orders from booth have to be paid in cash. ”

I goes so those people lining up outside Ichiran in Tokyo and Osaka were all tourists such as myself :) the food was as expected…reliably good tonkotsu ramen. The experience was the same as any other Ichiran you go to in Japan. ”
