“ Short 5 minutes wait for 2 paxs on a Sunday night around 6.30pm. Select the ramen and add ons from the vending machine (able to select other languages) and possible to pay via cash and credit card. Once seated the ramen is served quite quickly. Leave some soup if you want a noodle refill or have it with rice. Extra orders from booth have to be paid in cash. ”
“ There is no queue, even at lunchtime in tour business centre of Nagoya. I goes so those people lining up outside Ichiran in Tokyo and Osaka were all tourists such as myself :) the food was as expected…reliably good tonkotsu ramen. The experience was the same as any other Ichiran you go to in Japan. ”
“ Pretty yummy chain ramen restaurant, recommand to give a try! ”
“ Staffs were very helpful at ordering food from vending machines. Noodle was perfectly cook with cooked&sliced pork, half boiled egg and dried seaweeds. Draft beers were fantastic to go along with noodle. Recommended! ”
“ We are this as our first meal of the day and it was great! I loved that you could order via kiosk and have your food delivered in a private booth. I think it’s great for dining alone. We were a group of 5 and went right when it opened at 10:20 ish so we didn’t wait at all. There’s a sheet of paper at your seat when you arrive and you can customize your perfect bowl of ramen. You can also use wooden carvings to communicate with the staff. It’s a franchise, so there’s lots to choose from ”
“ Went there for an early quick dinner, no need to wait. Everything from the restaurant layout to the food quality were almost the same for all Ichiran Noodles shops in Japan. Noodles were tender, meat was fresh, soup was hot enough. Service was attentive. Not super outstanding but still satisfied with what we got. ”
